Join us Wednesday, July 20 at the UF Hilton Conference Center for the 2022 ALL IN Conference & Expo!
The Greater Gainesville Chamber is pleased to announce the return of the ALL IN for Business Conference this summer, July 20, 2022 at the UF Hilton. The purpose of the conference is to provide opportunity for business of all size to gain education and professional development, without incurring the expense of traveling & staying to another major city as well as showcase the talent and expertise we have in our community.
The theme this year will be TALENT.
The program will begin with keynote speaker. From there attendees can attend any of the breakout sessions taking place or visit the vendors at the Tradeshow/Expo. The breakout sessions will last approximately 45min each (with a 15min break for turnover in between). Up to four (4) breakout sessions will run simultaneously from 12pm through approximately 4pm.
The “tracks” are the higher-level categories that all topics, speakers, and subjects will fit into. They are:
Entrepreneurship, Startups, New Business – Legal structures, business planning,
Running the Business – HR, Financing, talent recruitment and retention, hiring practices
Sales and Marketing – Social Media trends, Geocaching, Growing smart – strategic planning
Leadership and Professional Development
Outside of the incredible line-up of speakers and breakout sessions, guests can also expect to learn about and get face to face with many of our local businesses during the annual Tradeshow and Expo that will be happening at the same time on location.
ALL IN for Business is the Chamber’s signature business conference; the target attendees are:
Sponsorship opportunities are also available. You can have one of the breakout rooms named after YOUR Business and introduce all the speakers presenting there that day! Plus, it comes with a booth space. What a deal! To learn more, contact Member Development Vice President Steve Cannon at email@example.com.
City of Gainesville – Office of Equity and Inclusion
In 2019 the Chamber was excited to partner with the City’s Office of Equity and Inclusion to organize and facilitate a procurement panel featuring various city departments we well as the University of Florida and Santa Fe. The overwhelmingly positive response to that session guaranteed that the OIE was at the top of our list to contact as we began planning for 2022. This year we are happy not only to be working with them on the return of the Procurement panel but also identifying and securing several high quality and impactful speakers.
Artificial Intelligence, how it relates to operating a business and the many elements that can be touched by or influenced by AI is an important part of the conversation happening at the ALL IN conference this year. Utilizing the Chamber’s AI Committee members, connections, and expertise, we anticipate 4 – 5 sessions either dedicated or inclusive of AI themes.
The Children’s Trust
Through the Chamber’s participation in the Business & Leadership Institute for Early Learning Master Class the two groups have identified that the participants of the BLI program as well as any Early Learning program owners & directors that have not yet participated in BLI would benefit from the education and opportunities found at a Business Conference like ALL IN. The topics and sessions that CTAC and the Chamber identify as most important or directly related to these individuals will be noted or highlighted in the conference agenda (see example in “topics” below)
