The Business Services team can expedite or improve your hiring process. You can work one-on-one with the FloridaWorks staff to write comprehensive job descriptions, determine minimum qualifications, and establish salary ranges based on local averages.
The FloridaWorks One-Stop Career Center also has the resources to find and match the best candidate for the job. Once job orders are posted on the Employ Florida Marketplace the statewide database is designed to help locate and refer qualified applicants. We can evaluate your applicants using a variety of assessment tools, including the Florida Ready to Work credentialing program, to measure academic skills, computer proficiency and vocational aptitude.
