AxoGen, Inc. (NASDAQ:AXGN), a leader in developing and marketing innovative surgical solutions for peripheral nerve injuries, today announced that the company has been added to the Russell 2000® Index, following the annual reconstitution of the Russell U.S. and global equity indexes.
