The Alachua County Library District is partnering with the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association to present the Law in the Library: Small Business and Businesses on Monday, March 28 at Millhopper Branch Library, 3145 NW 43 Street. Learn. Philip N. Kabler, Esq., an attorney with Bogin, Munns & Munns, P.A., will discuss what entrepreneurs should know to set-up and operate businesses. He will discuss whether to create a corporation, an LLC, or something else. And he will talk about compliance, contracts, employees, loans, real estate and other topics This free presentation is free and open to the public.
