Seminole State College selects CPPI as CM for the new Student Center Facility

Seminole State College Board of Trustees recently awarded contract to Oviedo based Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) as the Construction Manager for their new $20 million Student Center Building.

The upcoming project will consist of a new building of approximately 75,554 gross square feet near the center of the Sanford/Lake Mary campus. Focusing on the needs of the students, the new building will include a student services counseling center, financial aid, registration, testing, and administrative offices as well as the Student Life office, gathering, gaming, dining, and retail space.

Song + Associates will serve as the Architect of record for the project while Matern Engineering will perform mechanical and electrical engineering services.

CPPI’s many outstanding projects also include: the $30 million University of Florida George T. Harrell, M.D. Medical Education Building, $40 million University of Central Florida Physical Sciences Building, Phases I and II; the $38 million University of Florida Veterinary Education and Clinical Research Center (Small Animal Hospital); the $19 million University of South Florida Dr. Kiran C. Patel Center for Global Solutions; the Samuel P. Harn Museum of Art’s new $13.6 million David A. Cofrin Asian Art Wing at the University of Florida; the $11 million Florida Innovation Hub at the University of Florida; and countless others.
