BOB GRAHAM CENTER, UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA
Ted Kury, director of energy studies for the Public Utility Research Center (PURC) at the University of Florida, and Amy Stein from the Levin College of Law, whose legal focus is on clean energy, climate change and the environment, will examine Florida’s current energy policy and the need to diversify energy options in order to secure Florida’s energy future.The program will also examine the political implications of the Clean Power Plan.
The event will be held in the Pugh Hall Ocora at the Bob Graham Center at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24. The event is free and open to the public. Those who cannot make it in person may view the event, which will be live-streamed, on Bob Graham Center’s website: www.bobgrahamcenter.ufl.edu.
