2015 Gainesville City Job Fair

The Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Gainesville and a host of community agencies cordially invite all hiring businesses to participate in this year’s Gainesville City Job Fair.

The job fair will take place on Sept. 1st 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) multipurpose center located at 1028 N.E. 14th St. Employers interested in participating are encouraged to register by Friday, Aug. 21st.

Participating employers will have the opportunity to speak directly with interested applicants about employment and career opportunities, benefit and/or compensation packages and available training programs offered within their company. Set up will take place the evening prior to the fair. All participating employers will be provided with a six-foot table, two chairs, access to copy/printer services and electrical outlets. Lunch and a drink will be provided.

Each company must submit a completed participant agreement form with a booth sponsorship fee of $50. Checks should be made payable to the City of Gainesville and mailed with the completed form to the Office of Equal Opportunity – 222 E. University Ave., 2nd floor, Gainesville, FL 32601.
