Invitation to Chamber Members for the State of the Nonprofit Sector

The nonprofit sector provides valuable resources and services to our community which directly affects our quality of life. The Nonprofit Center will announce the results of the State of the Sector Report at the Santa Fe College Fine Arts Hall on October 15, 2012 8:30 a.m to 10 a.m.The program will consist of networking from 8:30am-9:00am with opening remarks from Dr. Jackson Sasser, Santa Fe College President, beginning at 9 a.m.

The State of the Sector Report will identify:
• The financial health of nonprofits before, during and “after” the economic downturn
• A count of nonprofits in Alachua county
• The distribution of nonprofits by type
• Additional analyses related to the managerial strength of our community’s nonprofit organizations
